Collector FAQ

How are signed editions allocated?
The first orders in each drop receive hand-signed units until the signed allocation runs out. Your confirmation email will tell you if you secured one.

When does my pre-order ship?
Each product page shows its ship window (e.g. Ships Q4 2026). We ship from the Gold Coast, Australia with tracking on every order worldwide.

Will a sold-out drop come back?
No. Every FIGZ release is capped and released once — when a volume sells out, it never returns. That's what makes it a collectible.

How do riders get paid?
Athletes earn royalties on every FIGZ sale worldwide. Collecting directly supports the riders.

What is your returns policy?
30-day returns on unopened items. See Shipping & Returns for full details.

Is my payment secure?
Checkout is powered by Shopify — PCI-compliant, with Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Shop Pay.
